All the foreigners aged from 18 to 60 are all welcome to attend the various courses and programs run in the University as long as they are healthy and interested to enhance their education.

University is running various Courses and Programs, from short duration to long duration, like certificate, diplomas, Bachelor, Post Bachelor, Masters, Doctors, Post Doctors, etc., in various subjects e.g., Humanities, Phoenix Communication, Social Science, Politics and Public Administration, Education, Business, Foreign Languages, Architecture and Urban Environment, Mathematical Sciences, Physical Science and Technology, Chemical Engineering and Materials Science, Computer Science & Technology, Electronics and Information Engineering,  Mechanical & Electric Engineering, Textile and Clothing Engineering, Sports Science, Law, Art,  Urban Rail Transportation, Medicine, MBA, etc., all these courses and programs teaches in Chinese Language as well as in English Language also.
 
International Student Office is especially responsible for recruitment, administration and other services.

 Each year, there are approximately 1000 international students enrolled in various Programs in the University, including short term programs as well as long term Programs, the students are from more than 30 different countries
